THE ERNST WHEAT
A brewer of international renown, German pioneer Ernst Seeliger called the Wimmera wheat belt home in the late 1800's, where he set up his brewing operation near the Horsham showgrounds, and it is his story that inspired us to blaze our own trail in beer.
Our tribute to Ernst, this is a German inspired Hefeweizen (wheat beer) that is low on bitterness so that the spicy clove characteristics and banana aroma's shine through. The yeast characteristics contribute to its hazy finish.
